With secure portal and dashboard access you can view up-to-date product and case information as it is collected, logged and generated, this includes access to KPI’s, SLA metrics, individual cases and case notes, and the ability to add messages for our claims team.

Secure Client Dashboards are custom built for each client upon request, each is provided as a bolt-on to claims management services delivered by us.
